3. No Early Sales – We do not offer pre-sales or disclose prices before the sale opens.
    

4. Large Item Removal – Bring your own tools and capable assistance for moving large or heavy items.
    

5. Liability – We are not responsible for accidents or injuries at sale locations.
    

6. All Sales Final – In true estate sale spirit, all items are sold as-is and final sale.
